Vagabond Pies focuses primarily on creating unique and delicious plant-based frozen pizzas. Our dough is made with our 5 year old sourdough culture (Big Mama), and is fermented for 72 hours before being hand stretched and topped with our house-made sauces and toppings. We love being creative with our pizza toppings! Some of our top sellers include Roasted Yam & Pesto (VG), and “Chorizo” & Chimichurri (VG). Our pizzas are available for purchase at various retailers around Victoria. Devon Thor is the owner and operator of Vagabond Pies, a pizza company here in Victoria, BC. Vagabond Pies specializes in creative plant-based frozen pizza made with quality ingredients.

Devon worked for over a decade in the restaurant industry in Vancouver and abroad before starting her journey towards entrepreneurship. She trained as a professional baker at Vancouver Island University and is so excited to be a part of the vibrant food scene here on Vancouver Island.
