Yuki is a registered dietitian in Japan and has a long history of working in the Healthcare industry. She believes that nutrients from food-based sources are more beneficial to the body and are generally better absorbed than artificially formulated supplements which need breaking down before the nutrients can be utilized. So her herbal products are always enjoyable to take with food or for daily use!!
