Naturasophia translates to the wisdom of nature and is founded by Sophia Triassi RHT, RHN, a Registered Medical Herbalist, Holistic Nutritionist and Somatic Therapist. Sophia offers one-on-one consultation services and custom herbal medicine to support her clients through various health conditions and paths.
Sophia also crafts herbal products, teas, tinctures, and therapeutic soaps. Naturasophia soaps are handmade using medicinal plants, traditional methods, and seasonal rhythms. They are entirely natural and made without fragrance oils, synthetic colours, and surfactants. A percentage of sales goes to Pacific Wild, a local wildlife conservation organization.
