Fleuris Studio & Blooms is a small Victoria based creative floral design studio and grower of specialty cut flowers, that offers out-of-the-ordinary floral artistry inspired by nature to celebrate love and connection. Fleuris Studio & Blooms specializes in weddings and luxurious seasonal floral subscriptions for those who care for their environment and seek the uncommon.
Flowers are a beautiful language of love offered by nature and Fleuris Studio & Blooms uses them to create connections between people and their natural environment. Flowers have the power to create a sense of peace and remind us of the fragile beauty of our natural world. We also wish to provide a safe space for bees, butterflies and many other creatures whose life depends on a balanced natural environment.

After travelling as a humanitarian photographer for over 10 years Julie Rémy, the owner of Fleuris Studio & Blooms was drawn back to Victoria where she studied in her 20’s and settled with her partner at the family orchard where she grows and designs flowers in an inspiring studio space.
Following the slow flower movement, she deliberately chooses to work with the seasons and offers flowers that are primarily grown by small-scale sustainable growers from Vancouver Island.
Julie is a self-taught floral designer who keeps fine-tuning her skills through workshops from a wide variety of renowned floral designers and artists from around the world and exploring art and nature in general.
Beyond floral design, Julie has an eclectic background in photography, graphic design, marine biology, search & rescue, translation and gardening. She loves food, antiques, strategic board games and if she had more time on her hands would consider becoming an interior decorator, an architect and a landscape designer to get more inspiration for her floral design work.
